Active Service (Upon Launch)
LSAT.life provides:

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation
LSAT.life is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) or the official LSAT exam. Our service provides unofficial practice materials designed to help with LSAT preparation.
4. User Accounts
Registration
• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 16 years or older
• One account per person
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
Prohibited Actions

• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Manipulate scores or rankings
5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LSAT.life, including questions, explanations, and interface design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Your Content
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use this information to improve our Service.
User Generated Data
Your practice data and patterns may be anonymized and aggregated to improve our AI and question quality. Individual performance data remains private.
6. Payment Terms (Active Service)
Subscriptions
• Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
• No partial month refunds
Pricing
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Existing subscribers keep current rate until renewal
• Beta users may receive special lifetime pricing
Refunds
• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• No refunds after 7 days
• No refunds for partial periods
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to:

• Maintain honest academic integrity

You agree NOT to:

9. Service Modifications

10. Termination

• No refunds for current period
